Today

I got a gift certificate to get a full body massage for an hour for my b-day in December. An hour of body mooshing by some stranger. That and I've been waiting to get completely de-stressed so I can be relaxed. I know, it's supposed to be I go in to fix that but whatever. That and I have been waiting until I have time to just go home and veg out afterwards. I think I have bruised ribs or something so massaging them wouldn't help. Bruised because I hunch over. Why do I hunch over? Because I'm usually cold and usually too lazy to dress in warm clothes. So my ribs, stomach muscles, shoulders and basically whole body is demented from shivering too much. Anyone who has any personal experience with this massage stuff, please advise. Or any hunching experience. Thank you.

Have a great day everyone.

I like the term "body mooshing." I have only had one pseudo-professional massage from a therapist in training. But I find it virtually impossible to relax so while it was nice, it probably wasn't as nice as it should have been. Oh... and bruised ribs suck. I hope they get better.

I had a free massage last month, and was very aprehensive abou the whole thing. My mother assured me that I wouldnt have to get totally naked, so that helped. Until I did have to. But the girl was great. A friend of a friend, and it was wonderful. So much in fact, that I went back, and may continue to do so so long as funding is available. I have had some hunching or more like exagerated shrugging issues due to tension, and it has done worlds for me.

That's my testimonial.

here is my advice: take the gift certificate in your hands. find an envelope and stamp. mail it to me.

it's really the only way to handle this.
