Passage of time is not constant. Speed of light is. Nothing can outrun the speed of light, no matter how fast you're going. There are 4 dimensions- 3 space and 1 time. You generally stay in the 3 space dimensions and let time be your reference point. But you leave the 3 space dimensions and tweek with time (travel real fast in space), what happens. You come back to earth younger, time slowed everything relative and familiar. The photons placed first, clocking in at 3.322 X 108 meters per second. Light is where it's at, time and space are overrated.
