Dear Diary.Today I met David Schwimmer and told him about my job. I refrained from displaying my favorite book on my desk when he came in, "Four Arguments for the Elimination of Television." I also went to the Monterey Bay Strawberry Festival. We are raising funds to buy hundreds of backpacks for low-income kids at a low-income school in Salinas We made about $300 tonight selling chocolate dipped strawberries and berries in waffle cones/whipped cream and choc sauce atop.
David didn't chip in. I invited him to donate but he totally didn't. What kind of "Friend" is that? Just kidding. He seemed like a very nice man.

i'm stuck on the fact that such a Friend wouldn't be the least bit Friendly. All those coins jingling in his pockets with none to spare for a good cause? Give me a break.
