If there is a sin against life, it consists perhaps not so much in despairing of life as in hoping for another life and in eluding the implacable grandeur of this life. -Albert Camus

Hana Maui... buying banana bread on the side of the road
Here we are. Sisters and cousin Allison. Snipers. Guerrillas in the mist. Ran for cover so many many times.
Oh, g...there is this picture of all four of them (same trip) all crouched behind this big wooden sign that says, "No Nude Bathing" or something like that.
Well, they all have their shirt straps pulled down, and their shorts pulled up, so that they all look naked behind this sign. And they've all got these faces like "oops!"
Hey G, I like you. You read my blog and got my back... and for that I appreciate you. Yes, I will definitely have to scan that picture of us "nude bathing" and post it. It's my favorite memory of that trip... well, that and karaoking with Amanda to Careless Whisper in some bar. Oh the times...
Laura, g is the only one who seems to be posting comments (which btw is great) but I have a few friends at church who tell me how hilarious you are. So you're starting a little fan base east coast side. Keep it up!

Yes! Okay, but where's the "no nude bathing" picture?
That one's a classic.
Love the pictures...eveb though I don't know anyone in them. It looks like it was a fun time!
Also, I am intrigued by Mary's comment.

Totally hilarious. Don't I have the best family?

I like you too. You seem like a very down to earth and fun person. And your posts are entertaining as well.
